250 gr. Mixed Fruit
1 Cup hot black tea
Pour over the fruit and allow to stand for 1 hour.
2Cups Self raising flour
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil (half cup)
salt
Mix together.
Bake in a loaf pan 325 or 140 for 2 1/2 hours.
Very nice and extremely easy.
