She had been to the clinic earlier, and they gave her a naught injection in her leg and it was all red and swollen, and she was very heart and leg sore. Poor little mites it is such a shame that they have to have all these things done to them, but I know it has to be done.

We arrived at the farm yesterday, golly it is hot here, relief came when we had some rain, and it looks as though we will get some more to-day. For Micayla's relations who live in Cape Town here are a couple of photos of her, she has grown so much, and putting on weight nicely. They have taken her to the clinic this afternoon. She now weighs 4,9kg, looking very well. Last night her legs were painful and swollen from her jabs, bur Maureen says she is fine to-day.

I am so sorry u guys, I made a mistake and pressed the wrong button and deleted all the photos I took of Baby Micayla, the only one I have is the last one posted. I will be going to the farm on Monday, and will do better this time.

VERY POSESIVE FATHER !!!!

Tony and I came back from the farm to-day, enjoyed our week there with the new baby. One forgets how tiny and light they are. Maureen is down there every now and again to help. Rudi does seem a bit over protective at the moment, I suppose it is natural but maybe he can go overboard. The weather has turned quite chilly, you can feel there has been snow in the country somewhere.

But no worried Macayla is warm enough
