Hi Pam, just want to say "hi" and hope all is well. I am ashamed to say that I didn't check the beetroot soup recipe because I don't like beets, but I do have affection for the gal that is sending others there, and hope that all is well with you.
Have a good day, our summer is just about over, and our fall colors are very "iffy". Not really that pretty at all, but it's still early and we're hoping for some of nature's beauty to arrive sometime in the near future.
