The first time we saw this bird, quite excieting seeing a bird for te first time, also lucky to get the phoograph before flew off to anoher excieting place.

A beautiful bird, I never even heard of this bird before. The colors are so pretty and muted, but I'm assuming he doesn't eat bees? Or does he?
Hi Bernie, they are lovely little birds. all so very colourful, many very different. they suck the nectar out of certain floweres. That is why they have the long beck. Unfortunately the photo is not the best but must hurry before he flies away.
