ALOE COTTAGE

This is a spacious, well appointed cottage set in its own attractive garden. Facilities include:

2 double bedrooms each with a bathroom.(Duvets, electric blankets, fresh towels daily)

Comfortable living room with full DSTV programme

Fully equipped kitchen area. (Cooker, microwave,bar fridge etc.)

Verandah overlooking the garden with table, chairs and in-built braai/ barbeque area.

Shady car port

Use of pool

Wall safe. Alarm system.

The cottage is inside the Beaulieu controlled access area.

The area is semi-rural, next door to the Gauteng Horse Society showgrounds. It is very peaceful and quiet with no traffic noise.

The Crowthorne Shopping centre, which is a 10 minute drive away has a Spar, Woolworths, Pharmacy, Hairdresser, Tack Shop, Restaurants etc.

Tariff depends on the length of stay and the number of guests

Single for less than a week R500 pn

2 persons sharing for less than a week R375 pppn

4 persons sharing i.e family accommodation R1000 pn in total.

These prices include a Continental Breakfast. The room tariff will be dropped by R25 per person if this is not requested.

Rooms are cleaned daily during the week but staff is not usually available on Saturdays and Sundays.
