I have not done a post here for a long time, does not mean I HAVE NOT BEEN SITTING AT THE SAME PLACE in a muddle:::
I had a carpil tunnel op on my left hand, which is slowing me up a bit. The plaster comes off on MONDAY, hope it was a sucess, the fingers still feel painful but give it time, give it BLOODY time they tell me. Then I start swimming again and try and get a bit fit again ,winter in on its way, even though the gym pool is heated it is still cold, I know we in S.A. should not complain about the cold, we have a very mild winter really. Cold nights and evenings at bad times 5 - 7 C. Mostly days are sunny, can always find a spot out of the wind if it is blowing. Some say that the HIGHVELD is one of the best climates in the world, you see we are pretty high up here about 1500mt above S.L.
I got side tracked with all the above.
What has got me in a muddle is making a link I am going to get it going to-day or else BANG BANG the PC out the window, I know its not her fault I cannot throw myself out the window I am on the ground floor!!!!

I get bored as hell myself. Weather has been so up and down here. Monday it was 80 degrees and this weekend we are suppose to get rain and sleet till Monday! I got my tadpole legs out yesterday and tried them on just to see if they still fit. Hang in there girlie.
